There was a familiar feeling for all those associated with Celtic waking up this morning, as they picked over the bones of another disappointing evening in the Champions League. Losing to Lazio in Rome is clearly no disgrace, but the campaign as a whole feels like an opportunity missed, with no progress from last season and some evidence that Celtic have actually been less of a threat than last year. If the sense is that Celtic are less attacking under Brendan Rodgers than they were under Ange Postecoglou then the statistics seem to bear that out.
