Police arrested Nadeem Muhammed Begum in Atherton after Mashal Ilyas’s death regarded as suspicious after postmortem
A man has been charged with murder after an investigation into the death of a woman in Greater Manchester.
Police were called to a property in Atherton at about 11.40am on 9 October after there were concerns for the welfare of a woman. Paramedics also went to the scene but Mashal Ilyas, 24, was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
