Jim Goodwin has been speaking to the media before Dundee United's League Cup quarter-final at Motherwell on Friday night. The weekend defeat to Rangers "hasn't derailed us in the slightest" and Goodwin has challenged his side to "try and start another unbeaten run on Friday night". The United boss was "extremely disappointed" to see St Johnstone's Craig Levein become the first Premiership managerial casualty of the season.
