Hibs head coach David Gray wants to keep pushing Rudi Molotnikov while ensuring the young midfielder continues to enjoy his football. Molotnikov, 18, scored in the 4-0 League Cup win over Peterhead on Saturday - his second goal of the group stage - but Gray doesn't want him to rest on his laurels.
