Conceicao leaves Porto after seven years as coach

Porto coach Sergio Conceicao has left the club after seven years at the helm, the Portuguese outfit announced.A former Portuguese international winger, Conceicao began his playing career at Porto 30 years ago and also played in Italy with Lazio, Parma and Inter Milan.
