Roma 'galvanised' under club legend De Rossi

Brighton's Europa League last-16 tie will be against a Roma team "galvanised" by the appointment of club legend Daniele de Rossi as manager. Roma have won six of their seven Serie A games - and scored 20 goals in those seven matches - since former Italy midfielder De Rossi replaced Jose Mourinho as manager in the middle of January. Mourinho had led Roma to Europa Conference League victory in 2022 and the Europa League final last season, but the club were ninth in the league table when he departed.
