Newcastle boss Eddie Howe says "keeping the squad intact" would constitute the ideal end to the January transfer window. The window shuts at midnight on Thursday and a number of Howe's squad - including Miguel Almiron, Callum Wilson and Kieran Tripper - are still linked with a move away.
