Naismith on coping with critcism, targeting Europe, and reacting to setbacks

Hearts head coach Steven Naismith has been talking to the media before his side's Scottish Premiership trip to Motherwell on Saturday. Insists given time he will be able to lead Hearts up the Premiership table and says a place in Europe along with a challenge for third spot in the table are fair targets for a club of Hearts size. Says that "how we move the ball, how quickly we move it" will determine whether Hearts are able to create meaningful opportunities against Motherwell, and ultimately win the game.
