'I know Ange is watching' - Devine

Prior to Tuesday night Alfie Devine was perhaps most renowned for being Tottenham men’s team's youngest ever player and goalscorer. Now aged 19, the midfielder is embarking on his first campaign of regular senior football having joined League One Port Vale on a season-long loan, and scored one of the biggest goals in the club’s history as they reached the Carabao Cup quarter-finals for the very first time. With Tottenham sitting top of the Premier League table I asked the teenager if their manager was keeping track of his progress, to which he replied: "I know Ange (Postecoglou) is keeping an eye on what I’m doing."
